As experienced recruiters, we understand the requirements of candidates and don’t rest until we have matched people with their perfect job. That role could be short or long-term depending on individual circumstances. Some people have temped with us for over eight years.
DRIVING JOBS WE RECRUIT FOR INCLUDE:
OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU
Here at Workforce Driving our team are 100% committed to finding candidates the perfect job that will bring them success and happiness.
We aim to know our candidates inside-out and stay close to employers and the local market so we know quickly about any potential developments and the times when employers need reliable people who are ready to work.
If a candidate is offered an interview for a driving job they aren’t left alone to prepare.
As part of our service candidates are invited in for a full briefing and advised on what to expect during their interview. This is a popular added-value service which ensures candidates are match-fit for their interview. If the interview is successful and the role is offered, then our Driving team continue to support and make sure all documentation is in place and ready for day one.
TEMPORARY DRIVING ROLES
Temporary driving work is something being considered more and more as it is ripe with benefits.
Temporary work lets you sample a variety of different companies, allowing you to develop a range of skills – sampling different driving roles without committing yourself to any organisation for the long-term.
Your ability to adapt to different roles enhances your personal skills by learning new ways of working through different businesses, and this array of experience shines on any CV.
Temporary driving work can also come with flexible hours – possibly being able to choose the shifts you work. This might be especially important if you have a family to support.
Last but not least, a temporary position can often lead to a permanent driving position; if you and the employer are happy with your work.
