7.5 Tonne / Labourer

We are currently recruiting for 2 LGV/HGV C (class 2) drivers for our client based in Stafford for Multi-drop deliveries of windows Nationwide, Vehicle will be pre-loaded and ready to go.

Potential earnings of up to £900 per week.

Drivers must be available to do 2-3 nights per week depending on route scheduled and Handball is involved.

This is an ongoing position with the chance of going permanent for the successful candidate. It is a great opportunity to work for a reputable company who are growing and looking for reliable drivers to complement their existing team.

Pay rates: 

PAYE: £13.60 p/hour

PAYE including Holiday: £15.31 p/hour

Overtime Rates

PAYE: £20 p/hour

PAYE including Holiday: £22.51 p/hour

£30 per night out.

Am starts

Day to day duties will include the following: -

• Completion of paperwork.
• Liaising with depot manager and traffic office.
• Delivery of products (7- 10 drops max).
• Remaining with in the WTD and EU drivers’ rules and regs.

As a person you will need the following qualities and experience: -

• Excellent Communication skills.
• UK Driving Licence with a Cat C entitlement.
• Digi & CPC Card.
• No more than 6 points for minor offences for insurance purposes.
• DVLA License Share Code,
• Held Class 2 licence for minimum 12 months for insurance purposes.

Work is Manual Work. 2x runs per day. The rest of the jobs are Store Delivery, involving cages and manual work. 

Immediate start!

Day shift usually starts at 09:00am 

Average hours worked per week - 36/40

Nights - either, 18:00 - 22:00/23:00 - Average hours worked per week - 48.

They provide inductions for both shifts!

This is an ongoing position with the chance of going permanent for the successful candidate. It is a great opportunity to work for a reputable company who are growing and looking for a reliable driver to complement their existing team.

• Right to work Documents
